Laguna 69, named for its location in the Cordillera Blanca lagoon inventory book, is one of the most beautiful lagoons in the Cordillera Blanca and ideal for acclimatization for tourists who are planning longer hikes and climbs.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Huaraz (3,100 m) / Cebollapampa (3,900 m) / Lag. English: 69 (4,604 m) / Huaraz

Departure (5:00 am) We will begin the pick-up from your hotel (urban area) with our transport and we will transfer to the north side of Huaraz towards Yungay 2,550 m. Then we will ascend to the town of Huashao, stopping for 30 minutes for breakfast, then we will arrive at the Huascaran National Park control, we will pay the entrance fee (National S/ 15.00 and Foreign S/ 30.00 for a day visit). Continuing we will arrive at Chinancocha Lagoon, stopping for 10 minutes to take photos and then we will arrive at Cebollapampa from where the trekking begins, we will walk for 3 hours to Lagoon 69 (7 km) observing beautiful natural landscapes, waterfalls and high mountains of the Cordillera Blanca such as Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Chacraraju, Yanapaccha and Pisco. The maximum altitude we will reach is 4,604 m at the same lagoon 69, where we will take a break to rest, eat, and take photographs. Then, we will return to ceboladapampa along the same path for a 2:30-hour descent, where our transportation will be waiting to take us to Huaraz for a 3-hour trip.
