Day 1 Huaraz / Conay / Hualcayan / Calamina
We will leave very early and head north of Huaraz by private transport to the city of Caraz, visiting the typical villages of the Callejón de Huaylas. Then, we will arrive at the town of Conay (3 hours). Muleteers and donkeys will be waiting to transfer food and supplies. We will begin the hike until we reach our Calamina camp, at an altitude of 3,850 m (approximately 4-5 hours).

Day 2 Calamina / Osoruri
We will leave very early and continue the trek, passing by the Cullicocha Lagoon, overlooking the Santa Cruz Norte Mountains. We will climb to the pass (4,750 m) and descend to our Osoruri camp (4,450 m) (duration approximately 5/6 hours).

Day 3 Osoruri / Jancarurish Alpamayo
This day we will continue our trek, passing the Vientona Pass (4,750 m), then descend to the Alpamayo Valley and then ascend to base camp, passing by beautiful lagoons and landscapes, appreciating some of the peaks that surround us, such as Jancarurish (4,250 m) (duration approximately 6/7 hours).

Day 4 Jancarurish / Rest Day
We will climb to the viewpoint of the most beautiful mountain in the world, Alpamayo, on the pyramidal side. We will return to camp.

Day 5 Jancarurish / Huillca
After breakfast, we prepare to ascend to Cara Cara Pass (4,830 m). We will then descend, enjoying views of Alpamayo, Tayapampa, and Pucahirca mountains. We will continue to our campsite in Huillca (4,000 m) (duration approximately 6/7 hours).

Day 6 Huillca / Jancapampa
This day, we will pass through the village of Huillca and climb to Pucajirca Pass (4,600 m). We will enjoy views of Pucajirca Norte. We will then descend to Sactaycocha Lagoon and then through the Laurel Ravine until we reach our campsite in Jancapampa (3,600 m). (duration approximately 6 hours).

Day 7 Jancapampa / Huecroncocha
We will continue through the Jancapampa Valley and pass through the communities to Tupatupa Pass (4,400 m). After a descent, we will continue to the summit of the valley. A pleasant hike through the surrounding mountains will take us to our campsite, Huecroncocha, at 3,950 m (duration approximately 5-6 hours).

Day 8 Huecroncocha / Tuctupampa
We will ascend to the Alto de Pucaraju pass, at 4,650 m, with views of the snow-capped mountains of Taulliraju, Artezonraju, the Garcilaso Pyramid, and Chacraraju. Then we descend to our campsite in Tuctupampa at 4,200 m (approximately 5 hours).

Day 9 Tuctupampa / Taullipampa
We will ascend to the Punta Unión pass at 4,750 m, then descend to our campsite in Taullipampa at 4,250 m (approximately 5-6 hours).

Day 10 Taullipampa / Ascent of Cerro Centillo / Taullipampa
This day we will ascend Cerro Centillo, from where we will have spectacular views of the Santa Cruz Valley and mountains such as Alpamayo, Quitaraju, Santa Cruz, Artezon, and Taullipampa. (duration approximately 4 hours)

Day 11 Taullipampa / Llamacorral
In the morning, we will continue our trek, appreciating the Atuncocha and Ichiccocha lagoons until we reach the Llamacorral campsite at 3,750 meters (duration approximately 5 hours).

Day 12 Llamacorral / Cashapampa / Huaraz
This day, we will conclude our trek in the town of Cashapampa, then return to Huaraz by private transportation. (duration approximately 6 hours).
