Program:
Day 1 Huaraz (3,100 m) / Pashpa / Base Camp (4,350 m)
Departure by private minibus, north of the city of Huaraz towards Cochapampa Pashpa (40 min approx.) height of 3,600 m then we will walk to the Ishinca base camp, luggage and food will be transported by donkeys, this day we will appreciate a very impressive panorama of the white and black mountain range. (L, D)
Elevation: + 750 m (duration approx. 4/5 hours)
Day 2 Base Camp / Ishinca Summit (5,530 m) / Base Camp
We get up very early in the morning, after breakfast we will start walking along a very clear path passing by the Ishinca lagoon and the moraine until reaching the glacier and the summit. Then we return to base camp. (B, L, D)
Elevation: + 1,180 m / – 1,180 m (duration approx. 7/8 hours up and down)
Day 3 Base Camp / Pashpa / Huaraz
This day we will return to the town of Pashpa, where the minivan will be waiting for us to take us to Huaraz. (B, L)
